World’s Smallest Full-HD LCD – Sanyo 7.1-inch HDTV
October 18th, 2006

Sanyo is developing a 7.1-inch LCD panel with full HDTV resolution at 1,920 x 1,080 pixels, while other manufacturers are trying to make bigger and bigger HD screens.
Well, at least it’s good to know that when bandwidth and hard-disk capacity get to the point where it’ll be easy to download and copy HD content to a portable video player, the screens will be ready and waiting.
Still no word on pricing and availability of the 7.1-inch display.
