If you find that it’s hard to quit smoking with patches or gums, maybe you should try Linkman, a pocket-size device that will gradually reduce your smoking habit.

Linkman Smoking Cessation Device

The Linkman Smoking Cessation Device is battery-powered and shaped like a small cigarette. You can wear it as a pendant or carry it on a keychain.

If you want to smoke, make sure to ask permission from Linkman device by double-clicking the button. If it blinks green, go ahead, but if it blinks red, you need to wait.

“The minimum wait time between cigarettes starts at 10 minutes, and increases by only 0.39 % per activation. For the second cigarette, you must wait at least 10 minutes and 2 seconds, and so on. With the effects of compounding at a rate of 0.39%, the Linkmanâ„¢ is designed to gradually wean your smoking addiction down to approximately 1 cigarette per day within 6 months. This is just lenient enough to allow you to smoke when you need nicotine, but strict enough to effectively reduce your addiction.”

Of course, you can still ignore the blink code, but if you really want to quit smoking and have strong willpower, this device may be very useful for you.

The Linkman Smoking Cessation Device retails for $79.95.

You have to want to quit smoking and have willpower to achieve this goal no matter what method you use. The Linkman is actually the most lenient method of quitting smoking there is; i. e. it requires the LEAST willpower. Trust me. I quit using the Linkman, it was relatively easy, and I am very happy I used it. My last cigarette was over 14 months ago.
