Monopoly with Credit Card
August 1st, 2006
Parker Brothers and VISA are teaming up in developing – or we can say upgrading – the Monopoly game that we used to play when we were kids. They plan to replace the cash in the game with credit card (of course, the plastic card is fake). The new version of Monopoly will include a calculator with integrated credit card reader in order to add or subtract your money when playing the game.
According to Parker Brothers, the reason behind the game upgrade is to move with the times because surveys shows that 70% of adults use cash less than they did ten years ago.
When it’s available at the market, the new Monopoly with Credit Card will cost double the classic version.
