NEC N908 Cell Phone – as Small as Credit Card

July 2nd, 2006

NEC has announced a credit card size cell phone, the NEC N908 in Hong Kong. Besides its small size, it also has a slim figure (only 12.8mm thick). But these certainly not cut down the cool features it has inside.

The phone does not have a keypad, instead it has a touch screen for you to do all the input. By removing the keypad, it is able to cut down its size.

The NEC N908 sports an integrated audio and video player that supports MP3 / AAC / AAC+ / 3GP / MPEG4 file formats, a 1.3-megapixel camera, MicroSD card slot for additional storage, dual speaker at the side of the camera, Bluetooth connectivity, USB port and some quick access buttons for camera, volume control, power on/off, and keyloack control, that is located at the side of the phone.

Wait for the NEC N908 to be released to Asian market in the third quarter (Q3) of this year.
