Store of the Future with Intelligent Dressing Room
March 13th, 2006
The international retailer Metro Group is showing off an Intelligent Dressing Room at the CeBit trade show in Hannover, Germany. The technology lets you try on outfits without taking your clothes off.
The Intelligent Dressing Room in the store of the future scans your measurements and displays how an item looks on you on a projection screen. It will also give you a list of suggested items that go along with the outfit you choose.

The technology is part of the Metro Group’s Future Store Initiative, which brings companies together to envision a technology-driven store of tomorrow.
