Polyscience has a cool kitchen gadget called the Anti-Griddle. Anti-Griddle is a traditional cooktop with a twist. Instead of heating your cookings, Anti-Griddle quickly freezes them. It allows you to effortlessly freeze sauces and purees solid or make semi-frozen dishes with crunchy surfaces but cool and creamy centers.
It has fixed -30°F ‘griddle’ temperature to ensure almost instantaneous results. Anti-Griddle’s overall dimensions are 15.75 inch Length x 18.75 inch Width x 11.25 inch.
