Talking Street Light

After having about 136 city street lights stolen in the past few months, Baltimore decided to purchase five solar-powered digital surveillance cameras, priced at %5,000 each to tackle the theft.
These new street lights’ cams will shout when they sense motion nearby, “Stop! We have just taken your photograph. We will use this photograph to prosecute you. Leave the area now!”
Don’t you think it will be annoying, when there’s just a cat around the talking street light, and suddenly the street light shouts at it??!! Hmm.. better stay away from this kind of street light from the time being.
