Cut your Apple iPod in a half and you’ll get an SD MP3 player like you see below. 
(Just kidding…)
It’s a SD MP3 player from Digital Cowboy, named Digital CowBoy DCT-SDMP3/U SD Player. The wheel section looks similar to Apple iPod, but has different function.
The left and right button are to change tracks, the center button is designed for stop or play function, while the top and bottom buttons are for volume adjustment. Accepts SD/MMC cards of max 512MB and plays MP3 and WMA files, but not WMA files with DRM.
