MSC Dino A - the iPod Nano Ripoff

Many says that the Creative Zen Vision:M has a similar design with Apple iPod Nano and I agree with them. Apparently you can even find the iPod Nano clone now. Here you can see the picture of Apple iPod Nano on the left and its clone, named MSC Dino A on the right.
MSC Dino A has a very similar case, button and even the size. It measures 90 × 40 × 7.8mm, while Apple iPod Nano mesures 89 × 40 × 7mm. Don’t know if Apple will sue them for design copyright infringement?
