Fattest Russian Cat

What is it next to the scales? It is a CAT!! Her name is Katy, 5 years old, a Siamese belongs to Tamara Yapugova who lives in Russia.
According to Komsomolskaya Pravda newspaper, Katy has length of 69 cm (27 inches), waist line of 70 cm (27.5 inches) and she weighs 23 kg (50 pounds) – more than a six years old boy in average!
I wonder if she can actively walk, run or chasing a mouse like cats usually do?
